I started taking this to help with stress and anxiety during a really hard year at work. I had been relying on melatonin and tylenol PM but someone suggested Magnesium Glycinate. I noticed a benefit pretty quickly and after taking it regularly, I'm sleeping better than ever and don't need anything else. Stress at work is still there, but I have far fewer nights where anxiety creeps in and keeps me from a good night sleep. I take two capsules before bed (sometimes just one, if I've eaten enough greens) so I can hit the 400-500mg daily recommended amount and would recommend it to anyone. It helps me wind down and get to sleep fast without feeling groggy in the morning.
